2025 Superhero half marathon

The race is two 6.5 mile loops. Which was a surprise to us! Last time we ran it was a 5 mile and an 8 mile lobe.

Laura made a PR on both speed and distance. Laura avg pace 9:15 min/mi

And I was able to match my best previous pace but with very little prep :) My avg pace 8:15 min/mi

Chip time 1:55:35 - beating our 2hr goal
